2true Liquid Eyeliner

Ive tried SO many liquid eyeliners as I wear it almost daily, and in all honesty.. this is one of the best ever!
And the best bit? It's £1.99!
These are available in waterproof (blue) and non waterproof (black)

To be honest, I didnt find a huge difference in the water resistance of them (I will upload my before and after water attack pictures soon!)

However, these are amazing, especially at such a bargain price.
The packaging is nice (personally more a fan of the black and pink) and theyre so easy to use. Alot of liquid eyeliners Ive used previously have had very flimsy tips, which means they're very hard to control.
The tip on the 2true eyeliner is very rigid and has a good handle so is very easy to control, helping to get a good straight line close to lash line on the lid without nearly poking your eye out!
The only liquid eyeliner I've seen with rigid tips like this is MAC, but at around £14 a tube, I think I know which one I'd rather go for!
In fact, the MAC one is probably a bit too thick, meaning you need to sometimes narrow the line with a wet wipe. 2true's seem to have the perfect balance.
The eyeliner dries matte rather than glossy which is a bit of a shame but doesnt make a huge difference. It also dries really quick which is great.

I've only seen 2true in Superdrug but believe it can be brought online too. 2true also have a perminant deal of 3 items for £4.99, and if they're as good quality as the eyeliner i'll certainly be trying more of their products out!

Soap & Glory Shampoo and Conditioner

I love Soap & Glory products, not only for the girly packaging and cool names, but mainly for the smells!
I didn't know they had a shampoo and conditoner in their range until my friend gave me full sized bottles of each!

I'll start with the shampoo (as you should do anyway when wasing your hair :-P)

It's called  Glad Hair Day. Nice retro, pretty packaging.
The first thing you notice when you open the lid is the amazing smell! A really fresh, almost fruity smell. you can defenitley tell this is a Soap and Glory shampoo from the smell!
It contains raspberry fruit vinegar, panthenol, glycerin and phytantriol.
Claims to be suitable for all hair types, always handy. And has a no build up formula, which although it feels a TINY bit 'heavy' on first impressions, is defenitley true. After using this for around 4 weeks i can say not once did my hair feel weighed down. Because there is no build up, it's suitable for daily use.

Once applied to my hair, the smell was still there, lovely :-)
This shampoo lathers very well and a little goes a long way.
Once rinsed my hair did feel nice and soft, I also noticed a bit more of a shine too.
Also, the day after I'd washed my hair with this my boyfriend said my hair smelt nice! (he didn't know I was trying out anything new either)

Glad Hair Day comes in two sizes. 50ml (perfect for trying it out!) and 250ml.
50ml is priced around £2 and 250ml is priced around £5.50-£6.
Both available from Boots:

... Now for the Conditioner

From the same Glad Hair Day range, so the same yummy smell!
A good thick consistency but not too much that it weighs your hair down (again, claims no build up)
Can be left on for a minute or so as a general conditioner or longer (around 8-10 minutes) as a mask.
Lovely conditioner and made my hair feel nice and soft and smelling lovely.

At around £5.50, there are cheaper conditioners around. And to be fair both the shampoo and conditioner smell the same as you'll already get the gorgeous smell from the shampoo, so don't get the conditioner just for that. It is thick, and it does condition well but I would personally probably just buy the shampoo in future and a cheaper conditioner. Although the packaging is lovely and girly!

St Moriz Instant Tan

Summer is here (apparently?!) so we all want to look our best and having a tan can really boost a girl's confidence and make her look glowing and healthy.
I've tried so many instant tans, gradual tans, tanning wipes etc, and can honestly say that St Moriz is one of the best!
St Moriz comes in a spray, mouse and now 'glitz', which is a liquid with a touch of shimmer.
I have never tried the 'glitz', personally I prefer a matte finish as I feel it looks more natural, however for a night out some girls may like a bit of shimmer ;-)
If anyone would like me to review the 'glitz' version, just drop me an e-mail :-)
Anyway..
When I first tried St Moriz I was a bit doubtful, i'd heard good things about it but wondered how a self tan that was so cheap could be so good??..
First I tried the spray, the end colour was good however the application was quite tricky, although I find this will all brands. I have always found it's harder to know how much tan (or if any) you have applied in which area. Spray can also get a bit messy as the spray particles tend to go everywhere!
So, because I was happy with the colour, I decided to try the moouse.
And the moouse is amazing!
While studying at college, when doing spray tans we use Fake Bake. I actually find St Moriz gives an equally as good colour as this, and Fake Bake is about four times the price! I have noticed if some of the lotion spills onto the side of the bottle it has a greeny tone to it rather than orange.

When you first pump the moouse out, it's easy to be scared and concerned about how dark it is!
But once it's been applied to the skin it does tone down and looks like a nice natural tan,
One little fault with St Moriz moouse is that before you wash it off it can look a bit 'muddy'. But if you apply it before you go to bed then wash it off in the morning, nobody will have to see ;-) (just don't do it sleeping on white bed sheets!)

Always apply the moouse tan with a tanning mitt (I will soon do a review on a few different tanning mitt's), this helps give a really good, even coverage and will prevent streaks. It also stops your hands from going bright orange!

The St Moriz tan is instant and usually lasts around 7-10 days. Not bad for a cheap self tan!

If anyone ever asks which self tan to use, I always say St Moriz. It's super cheap
(although in the past few months I have noticed the price of this go up, probably due to it's increased populairty), usually around £3.50, gives a great colour and lasts a good amount of time.

Here are the products available from St Moriz, some of which I will review soon:

Lee Stafford Bleach Blondes Shampoo

Ive been blonde now for as long as I can remember.. dyed of course!
If you also dye your hair blonde you'll have probably come across a common problem.. Yellow, brassy coloured hair.
Lee Stafford's Bleach Blondes Shampoo promises to get rid of any yellow tones which can make blonde hair look cheap. With this being an annoying problem I decided to give a go!

When you first look a the product and apply the shampoo into your hands, it can look quite daunting! Bright purple shampoo isnt the 'norm'! But don't worry.
As I was applying the shampoo to my hair, I was a bit dissapointed. It hardly lathers up at all.
I see this more of a colour treatment than a hair cleaning shampoo. Because of this I decided to follow with another shampoo which worked much better at making it clean.
It also says on the back that it is a 'toning' shampoo and should be used about once a week so you will need another shampoo anyway.

As far as the result goes, I was pleased. The shampoo defenitley helped tone down the yellowness of my hair. It does also mention this on the back of the bottle, but be careful not to leave it on too long otherwise you may end up with grey hair rather than a nice ashy blonde!

At around £6-£7 for 250ml, it's not bad when you consider youre only using it once a week (maybe less if you're hair only tends to look yellowey sometimes)

I would reccomend this product, however to be used as a colour treatment, to tone down brassy yellow tones in blonde hair, rather than a shampoo to clean your hair.

'I love..' body butter

I must admit, when it comes to moisterising, I tend to concertrate on the face and forget about the body.. But on a recent trip to Superdrug I decided to treat myself to a Body Butter! I have previously used the Body Butters from Bodyshop but always found them quite expensive for my budget (around £12), so when I saw this  one from the 'I love..' at Superdrug for just £2.03 (both the same size, 200ml), I had to give it a go! There are lots of 'flavours' to choose from; Blueberry Smoothie Coconut and Cream Mango and Papaya Strawberries and Milkshake Raspberry and Blackberry Vanilla and Ice Cream

I'm reviewing the Mango and Papaya as when having a smell of them in the shop, this was my personal favourite. This was however a tough choice as they all smell amazing!
The packaging for this product looks good, and pretty with the little hearts.
I applied the product just after I'd had bath and dried off and must say it defenitley made my skin feel softer!
It feels lovely to apply and not to gloopy or heavy at all. Again, the smell when applying is gorgeous! Although the product isn't heavy, it is a Body Butter and isn't reccomended for facial use as it is heavier than a usual facial moisteriser and may lead to blocked pores and spots - not what we want!
I would hugely reccomend this product, especially as it is such a bargain!
Superdrug have an offer on all their I love.. products, 2 for £2.99. When each individual item is £2.03, this is a brilliant buy!
Other products in the range that are Shower Gel, Shower Creme, Bath Creme and Shower Smoothie. After being so pleased with the Body butter I can defenitely say that one of those will be being reviewed soon!
